To lodge a claim on your Travelsure Travel Insurance policy, follow these simple steps:

1. Download a claim form
Claim Form A (pdf) - for claims relating to medical, additional expenses and cancellation.
Claim Form B (pdf) - for claims relating to luggage, rental car insurance excess and money.

2. Add supporting documentation
The claim form lists supporting documentation relevant to your claim (e.g. receipts) that we'd like to see.

3. Make a copy
Whilst we require you to send originals to us, we recommend that you keep copies of everything just in case.
